Meanwhile, casual browsers and indecisive shoppers received a gentle nudge with messaging focused on Lilja’s values: sustainable practices and the eco-friendly Preloved program. The result? A 29.8% boost in Checkout conversions. Lilja not only improved their sales during peak months but also deepened customer trust by focusing on what's important.
